By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

  • Unified order management and analytics
  • Advertising performance tracking (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Influencer collaboration management and ROI tracking
  • Shopify integration for order and product syncing
  • Business intelligence dashboards and reporting

3. Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this Service
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to:

  • Shopify: For order and product data synchronization
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): For advertising data and management
  • Google Ads: For advertising data and analytics

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platforms' terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect these accounts to Hiboo. We are not responsible for any third-party services or their availability.

5. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
  • Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Hiboo and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific results from use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIBOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export or deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
